摘要 汽车车身经常遭受碰撞、冰雹、烟花鞭炮等外力的袭击,会产生许多小凹陷。传统的钣金喷漆维修方法,不仅会破坏车身原厂漆,而且成本高。有别于钣金喷漆维修方法,车身无损修复技术可以不破坏原车漆,仅利用拉拔顶撬等方法可以完美解决这一系列问题。文章阐述了汽车车身无损修复技术的定义、方法、特点和注意事项,研究和讨论了无损修复技术的技术优势,并引用企业实际案例印证了其技术特点,为车身无损修复技术的推广应用提供帮助。 The automobile body is often attacked by external forces such as collision, hail, fireworks and firecrackers, which will produce many small depressions. The traditional body and paint repair method will not only destroy the original paint of the automobile body, but also have high cost.Different from the body and paint repair method, the body non-destructive repair technology can not damage the original paint, and this series of problems can be perfectly solved only by drawing and prying. This paper expoundes the definition, methods, characteristics and precautions of non-destructive repair technology of automobile body, studies and discusses the technical advantages of non-destructive repair technology, and cites the actual cases of enterprises to confirm its technical characteristics, so as to provide the help for the popularization and application of non-destructive repair technology of automobile body.
