摘要
为研究黑曲霉对松材线虫的毒杀作用,经摇瓶培养、乙酸乙酯萃取制备黑曲霉次生代谢产物,采用浸渍法开展室内毒力实验,发现黑曲霉发酵液杀虫活性显著,经48 h处理后线虫平均死亡率达99.24%。经乙酸乙酯萃取后,24 h和48 h的LC_(50)值分别为0.0755 mg·m L^(-1)和0.0712 mg·m L^(-1)。研究结果表明:黑曲霉的代谢产物对松材线虫具有显著的毒杀效果,值得进一步研究。
To study the toxicity of Aspergillus niger against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,extracellular secondary metabolites were prepared by shake flask culture and ethyl acetate extraction.The indoor nematicidal toxicity against pine wood nematode was carried out by immersion bioassay.The result showed that the fermentation broths of A.niger had significant nematicidal activity,and the average mortality of B.xylophilus was up to 99.24%after 48 hours treatment.Extracted by ethyl acetate,the LC_(50)values at 24 h and 48 h were 0.0755 mg·m L^(-1)and 0.0712mg·m L^(-1)respectively.The above result show that extracellular fermentation products from A.niger had significant nematicidal activity against pine wilt nematode,which is worth studying further.
