麋鹿角药材物质表征及分析

摘要 目的通过系统分析,为麋鹿角的物质组成解析提供更为全面的化学信息,为揭示麋鹿角样品的区域特征和深入挖掘其资源价值与多元化利用途径提供科学依据。方法基于39批代表性样品,围绕水浸出物、水溶性蛋白质类、氨基酸类、无机元素及重金属类成分进行物质组成的定性定量分析。结果获取了39批代表性样品物质组成的基本数据,揭示了麋鹿角样品的区域特征性。结论对麋鹿角物质组成及区域特征性有了较全面的认识,可有效促进麋鹿角的深入研究、利用。 OBJECTIVE To give a full-scale view of the material composition of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu via systematic analyses,revealing its regional characteristics and providing scientific evidences for the value discovery and multi-purpose utilization.METHODS The water-soluble extract,water-solble proteins,amino acids,as well as heavy metals and inorganic elements in 39 batches of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.RESULTS The basic compsition data of 39 batches of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu were yielded and the regional characteristics were revealled.CONCLUSION This study establishes a full-scale view of the material composition and regional characteristics of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu,which promots the deeper investigation and utilization of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu resource.
