摘要
职业教育的主要目的是为生产服务一线培养适应其相应岗位的技能型人才,目前国内职业院校对学生职业技能的训练一般都比较重视,职业精神的培养往往是被忽略的。目前我国的经济快速发展,在产业结构大幅调整的背景下,企业不仅要求毕业生有专业技能,同时还要求学生具备职业精神和职业态度。这就要求职业院校在人才培养时,不仅要加强学生技术应用能力的培养,还要在整个教学过程中有机地融入工匠精神,让工匠精神润物无声地在专业能力课程中有所体现,满足新的人才培养目标和规格的要求,提高职业院校毕业生的技能型人才培养质量,得到用人单位的认可,从根本上解决技能型人才紧缺和职业院校学生就业难的问题。
The main purpose of vocational education is to cultivate skilled talents who adapt to their corresponding positions in the front line of production and service, and at present, domestic vocational colleges and universities generally attach great importance to the training of students’ vocational skills, and the cultivation of professional spirit is often ignored. At present, in the context of rapid economic development and the substantial adjustment of the industrial structure, enterprises not only require graduates to have professional skills, but also require students to have professional spirit and professional attitude. This requires vocational colleges and universities to not only strengthen the cultivation of students’ technical ability in the training of talents, but also to organically integrate the spirit of craftsmanship in the entire teaching process, so that the spirit of craftsmanship can be silently reflected in specialized courses, meet the requirements of new talent training goals and specifications, improve the quality of skilled personnel training to obtain recognition from employers, which will help to solve the problem of shortage of skilled talents and the difficulty of employment of students from vocational schools.
