仪器分析是高校食品专业的重要基础课程,也是食品专业本科生必须掌握的专业技能。本文在普通高校向应用型高校转型的时代背景下,对食品专业仪器分析的教学模式进行探索,并以高效液相色谱的操作与应用为例,介绍如何训练学生独立自主地利用仪器分析知识解决实际问题的能力,以培养合格的应用型人才。

Instrumental analysis is an important basic course for food majors in universities, and it is also a professional skill that must be acquired by undergraduates majoring in food. In the context of universities reorientation to application, this paper explores the teaching mode of the course, and takes the operation and application of high-performance liquid chromatography as an example to introduce how to train students to independently use instrument analysis knowledge to solve practical problems, so as to cultivate qualified application-oriented talents.
