摘要
分析了轻载冲压检测机外啮合直线槽轮机构不稳定的工作运动状态条件,建立了槽轮曲线数学模型,探究了优化设计的组合轮廓线槽轮曲线和直线交点位置的确定方法,应用Matlab可视化程序绘制槽轮曲线轮廓,采用Pro/E对2种优化设计槽轮机构进行仿真验证,得出一种优化性能较好的槽轮机构。验证结果表明:优化的槽轮结构大大降低了槽轮运动的冲击现象,提高了工作的可靠性。
This paper analyzes the unstable working motion conditions of the external meshing linear sheave mechanism of the light load stamping inspection machine,establishes the mathematical model of the sheave curve,explores the determination method of the combined contour line of the optimal design,the sheave curve and the intersection position of the straight line,draws the sheave curve contour by using the Matlab visual program,simulates and verifies the two kinds of optimized sheave mechanisms by Pro/E,and obtains a sheave mechanism with better performance.The verification results show that the optimized sheave structure greatly reduces the impact phenomenon of sheave movement and improves the reliability of work.
