基于布氏硬度的A356.2铝合金屈服强度预测研究

摘要 通过对A356.2铝合金布氏硬度与屈服强度的数据分析,建立了布氏硬度与屈服强度之间的对应关系,为实际生产中样品的屈服强度预测提供指导。研究结果表明:与铸造状态相比,热处理时效后A356.2铝合金硬度与屈服强度均明显提高,提高的程度与时效工艺过程相关。利用回归分析,可以对A356.2铝合金实现基于硬度的屈服预测,且其相关度R^(2)为0.99。 Based on the data analysis of brinell hardness and yield strength of A356.2 aluminum alloy, the corresponding relationship between brinell hardness and yield strength is established, which provides guidance for the prediction of yield strength of samples in actual production. The results show that the hardness and yield strength of A356.2 aluminum alloy after heat treatment and aging are significantly increased, compared with the casting condition, and the degree of improvement is related to the aging process. The yield strength prediction of A356.2 aluminum alloy based on hardness can be realized by regression analysis, and the correlation R^(2) is 0.99.
