Research on the Optimization of Training Mode of Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on “Double High Plan”

摘要 通过分析高职机械制造与自动化专业人才培养模式存在的主要问题,围绕优化人才培养规格与目标、按照专业群思维实施专业建设、增加跨专业课程设置、强化专业领域核心企业参与度、完善多元评价模式等5个层面进行了专业人才培养模式优化的探索研究,旨在为新时代背景下高职同类专业实施高质量专业人才培养的路径创新提供有效借鉴。 This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the training mode of mechanical manufacturing and automation major in higher vocational colleges. It focuses on the path innovation and research of the optimization of professional training mode from five aspects: optimizing training specifications and objectives, implementing specialty construction according to specialty group thinking, increasing cross-specialty curriculum, strengthening participation of the core enterprises in professional fields, and improving multiple evaluation mode. The aim is to provide an effective reference for the implementation of high-quality professional personnel training in similar specialties in higher vocational colleges under the background of the new era.
