旧工程机械修复再生制造研究与探讨

摘要 论文阐述了旧工程机械(推土机、吊车、挖沟机、装载机、叉车、轧道机等)修复再生制造的可行性和前景,介绍了旧工程机械修复再生过程,分析了旧工程机械实施修复再生制造的经济效益和社会效益。通过旧工程机械在修复再生制造中可用件、可修复件及报废件所占整车零件、重量、价值等比例,说明了实施旧工程机械修复再生制造在节约钢材、能源、保护环境等方面的重要作用。 This paper expounds the feasibility and prospect of the repair and regeneration manufacturing of old engineering machinery(bulldozer,crane,trencher,loader,forklift,road roller,etc.),introduces the process of repair and regeneration of old engineering machinery,and analyzes the economic and social benefits of the implementation of repair and regeneration manufacturing of old engineering machinery.Through the proportion of usable parts,repairable parts and scrapped parts in the whole vehicle parts,weight and value of the old engineering machinery in the repair and recycling manufacturing,the important role of the implementation of the repair and regeneration manufacturing of the old engineering machinery in saving steel,energy and protecting the environment is explained.
