摘要
针对现有显屏驱动芯片图像色彩增强功能存在的增强效果不易调控和评价的问题,提出了一种可通过参数进行精确调控的图像色彩增强方法。该方法分为图像分析和增强计算两个阶段。在第一阶段,根据接收的图像数据和预设饱和度增高系数,计算实际饱和度增高系数。在第二阶段,根据最小像素亮度变化准则和实际饱和度增高系数,计算各像素新的RGB颜色值。在硬件电路实现时,上述两个阶段的操作分别在相邻的两个图像帧传输周期内完成。该方法具有增强效果可量化、计算简便、硬件开销小的优点,适合在显屏驱动芯片上应用。
Aiming at the problem that the enhancement effect image color enhancement function of the existing display driver chip is difficult to control and evaluate,an image color enhancement method that can be accurately adjusted by parameters is proposed.The method is divided into two stages:image analysis and enhancement calculation.In the first stage,the actual saturation increase coefficient is calculated based on the received image data and the preset saturation increase coefficient.In the second stage,the new RGB color value of each pixel is calculated according to the minimum pixel brightness change criterion and the actual saturation increase coefficient.For the implementation of the hardware circuit,the operations of the above two stages are completed respectively in two adjacent image frame transmission periods.The method has the advantages of quantifiable enhancement effect,simple calculation,and low hardware overhead,and is suitable for application on display driver chips.
