摘要
为提升Y源变换器的升压能力提高工作效率,介绍了一种改进型Y源DC-DC升压变换器拓扑结构,该结构具有输入电流连续,升压能力强等特点。与准Y源变换器相比,升压能力得到大幅度提升,适用于升压要求较高的场合。对本电路的原理和工作状态进行了分析,推导出其电压增益以及各元器件电压应力的表达式。最后利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台搭建仿真模型并在实验室搭建实验样机,其结果验证了该拓扑的正确性与可行性。电路拓扑不仅提升了升压能力而且降低了电容电压应力,电路的可靠性较高。
In order to promote the boost ability and improve the work efficiency of Y-source converter,a modified Y-source DC-DC boost converter topology is put forward,the structure of which has the characteristic of continuous input current,strong boost ability,etc.Compared with the quasi Y-source converter,it has stronger boost ability,and it is suitable for the application of demanding higher boost ability.The principle and the working state of the circuit is analyzed,and the expression of the voltage gain and components voltage stress is deduced.Finally,the simulation model is built by Matlab/Simulink simulation software,and the experimental prototype is built in the laboratory.The correctness and feasibility of the topology are verified by simulation and experiment results.The circuit topology not only improvs the booster capacity,but also reduces the capacitor voltage stress.The reliability of the circuit is high.
