摘要 传统级联H桥多电平逆变器增加电平数就需增加级联H桥数量,相应地增加了更多的开关器件。为了提高多电平逆变器的电平数以及使用更少的开关器件数,研究了两种能够减少元件数目且使用带有分裂绕组的耦合电感的五电平混合逆变器。所提出的逆变器由两个支路组成,一个支路为两电平,另一个支路为三电平,并且还研究了二极管箝位和飞跨电容两种三电平支路。与由两个三级支路组成的传统拓扑相比,所提出的拓扑损耗更低,且两电平支路比三电平支路支持更高的阻断电压。同时,介绍了两种具有简单数字实现的矢量技术和逆变器的模型及其操作模式。最后所提出的逆变器得到了仿真和实验的验证。 More cascaded H-bridges need to be added to increase the number of levels for the traditional cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter,as a result,more switching devices are added accordingly.In order to improve the level number of multilevel inverter and use less switching devices,two five-level hybrid inverters are studied which use coupling inductors with split windings and less component than the traditioned inverter.The proposed inverter consists of two branches,one branch is two-level and the other branch is three-level,two three-level branches of diode clamp and flying capacitor are also studied.Compared with the traditional topology composed of two three-level branches,the proposed topology has lower loss,moreover the two-level branch supports higher blocking voltage than the three-level branch.At the same time,two vector techniques with simple digital implementations and the model of the inverter and its operation mode are also introduced.Finally the proposed inverter is verified by simulation and experiment.
