目的 探讨基层分队野战医疗的现状及挑战,并提出解决措施,以提高基层分队卫勤保障能力。方法 通过分析基层分队野战医疗的现状和训练中的问题,结合相关文献及工作实际,提出相应的解决措施。结果 基层分队野战医疗在野外战争环境、医疗装备和药品、人员情况、卫勤训练情况等方面还存在许多问题。通过基层野战医疗训练实战化,多元化培训结合突出训练来完善野战医疗体系。结论 基层分队野战医疗虽然能满足平时卫勤保障需求,但距离实战化的目标较远。医疗基层分队野战医疗必须以实战为目标,加紧完善体系,以期在未来战场发挥巨力。

Objective To explore the present situation and challenges of field medical treatment of grass-roots units, and put forward corresponding solutions to improve the medical support capability of grass-roots units. Methods The correspording solutions were put forward in combination with relevant literature and practical work by analyzing the current situation of field medical treatment of grass-roots units and the problems in training. Results There were still many problems in the field medical treatment of grass-roots units in the field war environment, medical equipment and drugs, personnel situation and medical service training. The field medical system could be improved through the actual combat of grassroots field medical training and the combination of diversified cultivation and outstanding training.Conclusion Although the field medical treatment of grass-roots units can meet the demands of medical support at ordinary time, it is still far from the goal of actual combat. The field medical treatment of grass-roots medical units must aim at actual combat, and step up the improvement of the system, so as to exert great strength in the future battlefield.
