摘要
PLC已经成为工业控制的标准设备,PLC可编程控制器的优点具有高度可靠性,制造厂家使用了各种方法来提高可靠性,但是不能代表绝对“零”故障,使用不当及汽车行业恶劣的环境会使故障增加。此外,由于生产现场条件复杂,外围设备数量多,PLC控制系统出现故障也是难免的,要针对故障进行分析处理。
PLC has become the standard equipment of industrial control,the advantages of PLC programmable controller has high reliability,manufacturers use a variety of methods to improve the reliability,but cannot represent the absolute“zero”failure,improper use and the automotive industry bad environment will increase the fault.In addition,due to the complex production site conditions,the number of peripheral equipment,PLC control system failure is inevitable,and for the fault analysis and treatment.
