双眼巩膜炎初发的复发性多软骨炎1例报道

Relapsing polychondritis with initial onset of binocular scleritis:a case report

复发性多软骨炎(relapsing polychondritis,RPC)是一种罕见的病因不明的免疫介导性疾病。本病例为51岁男性,双眼巩膜炎反复发作,伴双外耳廓变形下垂,于上海市浦东医院门诊确诊为RPC,予醋酸泼尼松龙滴眼液治疗后,眼部症状减轻至稳定后自行停药。RPC易侵犯外耳及眼部,其靶组织还包括耳、鼻、呼吸道、关节等软骨组织,以及眼睛、皮肤、心脏、中枢神经系统等非软骨组织。免疫抑制治疗可减少RPC的复发并改善预后。

Relapsing polychondritis(RPC)is a rare immune-mediated disease of unknown etiology.This case is a 51-year-old man with recurrent scleritis in both eyes,accompanied by deformation and ptosis of the external auricle.He was diagnosed as RPC in the outpatient department of Shanghai Pudong Hospital.After treatment with prednisolone acetate eye solution,the ocular symptoms were reduced to stable,and the disease was prone to occur after self-withdrawal of medication.In addition to the external ear and eye,the target tissues of RPC also include cartilaginous tissues such as ear,nose,respiratory tract and joint,and non-cartilaginous tissues such as skin,heart and central nervous system.Immunosuppressive therapy can reduce the recurrence of the disease and improve the prognosis.
