摘要
为有效降低污泥浓度,基于响应曲面法建立了电化学处理过程中的污泥浓度预测模型,优化了外施电压、电极间距和反应时间参数,并考察了电化学工艺对剩余污泥的溶胞效应,在电压20 V,电极间距2 cm,反应时间1 h的条件下,模型拟合度良好,可显著降低污泥浓度,污泥去除率最高为30.07%。试验结果表明:电压对于污泥浓度的影响为主要因素,电压、电极间距、反应时间之间具有显著的交互作用。污泥在电化学作用下存在明显的溶胞效应,污泥絮体结构被破坏,最优条件下污泥细胞的DNA溶出浓度可以达到57.66μg/mL。
In order to effectively reduce the sludge concentration,a prediction model is established based on response surface method.The parameters of applied voltage,electrode spacing and electric reaction time are optimized,and the lysis effect of excess sludge in electrochemical process is explored.The electrochemical method can effectively reduce the sludge concentration,and the highest removal rate of sludge is 30.07%.The best parameters of electrochemical process are voltage of 20 V,electrode spacing of 2 cm and electric reaction time of 1 h,and the model fitting degree is good.The results show that the influence of voltage on sludge concentration is the main factor.Meanwhile,there is significant interaction among voltage,electrode spacing and electric reaction time.In addition,there is a significant lysis effect in the electrochemical process of sludge,and the sludge floc structure is destroyed.After analysis,the DNA dissolution concentration of sludge cells can reach 57.66μg/mL under the optimum conditions.
