改进虚拟信号注入永磁同步电机MTPA控制 被引量:2

摘要 虚拟信号注入最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制能够自寻优到电机MTPA工作点,相比于传统的公式法受到电机参数变化的影响较小。但传统的虚拟信号注入控制策略需要经过复杂的坐标变换过程,从d-q坐标系转到极坐标系,再由极坐标系转回d-q坐标系进行解算,运算量较大。本文提出一种新的虚拟信号注入方法,可以避免原虚拟信号注入方法所需的复杂的坐标变换过程,简化了运算过程。并且新的虚拟信号注入方法可以避免原虚拟信号注入方法因忽略电磁转矩泰勒展开的高阶偏导项而引入的误差。在不同工况下对电机进行了仿真和实验,验证了所提虚拟信号注入MTPA控制策略的动静态性能。实验结果表明所提方法不影响控制精度,同时可以显著减少程序运算量,具有更好的实用价值。 The virtual signal injection maximum torque per ampere control can self-optimize to the motor MTPA operating point. Compared with the traditional formula method, it is less affected by the change of motor parameters.The traditional virtual signal injection control strategy requires complex coordinate transformation, from d-q axis to polar coordinate system, and then from polar coordinate system to d-q axis, which requires a large amount of calculation. A new virtual signal injection method was proposed, which can avoid the complicated coordinate transformation process and simplify the calculation process. And the method can avoid the error of ignoring the higher-order partial derivatives of the electromagnetic torque Taylor expansion, caused by the traditional injection method. Simulations and experiments were carried out on the motor under different working conditions, and the dynamic and static performance of the proposed virtual signal injection MTPA control strategy was verified. At the same time, results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the amount of calculation and does not affect the control accuracy with better practical value.
