日粮添加辣椒碱对肉羊采食行为、营养物质表观消化率的影响

Effects of Capsaicin Supplementation on Feeding Behavior and Apparent Digestibility of Nutrients in Mutton Sheep

研究日粮添加辣椒碱对肉羊采食行为、营养物质表观消化率的影响。选健康、年龄体重相近肉羊32只(♀),分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,辣椒碱(含98%)依次按0、50、100、200 mg/kg添加。表明:各组开始采食和反刍时间一致,未对呼吸道造成影响;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组采食持续时间、采食量及饮水量相差不大,但Ⅳ低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组。Ⅳ组CP表观消化率低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ(P<0.01)和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),在数值上Ⅱ高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ组。各组CF、Ash、DM、OM、NDF、ADF、GE表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ组未对肉羊采食量、饮水量及营养物质表观消化率造成显著影响,但Ⅳ组有负影响。综合考虑,在本试验条件下,肉羊辣椒碱适宜耐受水平为50 mg/kg。

The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary capsaicin on feeding behavior and the apparent digestibility of nutrients in mutton sheep.32 healthy sheep(♀)with similar age and weight were selected and divided into groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ.Capsaicin(containing 98%)was added at 0,50,100and 200 mg/kg respectively.The time of feeding and rumination was the same in each group,and there was no effect on respiratory tract;The duration of feeding,the amount of feed intake and the amount of water consumed in groups I,II,and III were not significantly different,but IV was lower than that in groups I,II,and III.The apparent digestibility of CP in group IV was lower than that in groups I,II(P<0.01)and group III(P<0.05),and the value of II was higher than that in groups I and III.There was no significant difference in the apparent digestibility of CF,Ash,DM,OM,NDF,ADF and GE among the groups(P>0.05).GroupsⅡandⅢdid not affect the feed intake,water intake and apparent digestibility of nutrients of mutton sheep significantly,but groupⅣhad a negative effect.Comprehensive consideration,under the conditions of this experiment,the suitable tolerance level of capsaicin in meat sheep is 50 mg/kg.
