摘要 本实验旨在研究口蹄疫和小反刍兽疫疫苗联合免疫情况,掌握不同厂家口蹄疫疫苗临床免疫效果。选取80只羔羊和45头犊牛进行口蹄疫O型、A型二价灭活疫苗和小反刍兽疫疫苗的联合免疫和单独免疫,采用液相阻断酶联免疫吸附法分析口蹄疫病毒抗体的合格率和抗体效价。结果表明,实验羊联合免疫组与单独免疫组免疫抗体效价和抗体合格率都较为相近,均无明显的免疫副反应;实验牛A型抗体效价组间差异较大(P<0.05),且F组中A型抗体效价和合格率均高于O型。口蹄疫和小反刍兽疫疫苗联合免疫具有良好的免疫效果和较好的安全性,综合比较三种口蹄疫O型、A型二价灭活疫苗免疫牛羊后的抗体效价和合格率,G组疫苗免疫效果较好。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the combined immunization of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)vaccine and peste des petits ruminants(PPR)vaccine,and to master the clinical immune effect of FMD vaccine from different manufacturers.80 lambs and 45 calves were selected for combined immunization and single immunization with three kinds of FMD type O and type A bivalent inactivated vaccines.The qualification rate and antibody titer of FMD virus antibody were analyzed by liquid phase blocking enzymelinked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that the titers and qualification rates of immune antibody in the combined immunization group and the single immunization group of lambs were similar,and there were no obvious side effects.There was a significant difference in the titer of type A antibody between groups(P<0.05),and the titer and qualification rate of type A antibody in group F were higher than those of type O.The combined immunization of FMD vaccine and PPR vaccine has good immune effect and safety.By comprehensively comparing the antibody titers and qualification rates of lambs and calves immunized with three kinds of foot-and-mouth disease type O and type A bivalent inactivated vaccines,the immune effect of group G is better.
