2016-2021年新疆青河县牛羊布鲁氏菌病血清学监测

Serological Surveillance of Brucellosis in Cattle and Sheep in Qinghe County During 2016 to 2021

摘要 随着养殖方式的转变,引进外来带病牛羊造成布鲁氏菌病传播的风险也随之增大,通过监测发病情况来发现问题,为制定相关防范措施提供依据,降低风险。采用平板凝集试验(RBT)初筛,试管凝集试验(SAT)进行复测的方法,以青河县8个乡镇和1个种羊场作为调查单位,对2016-2021年采集的牛羊血清进行布鲁氏菌病监测。6年时间共计检测牛血清10733头份,阳性282头份,阳性率为2.63%,呈逐年下降趋势,与RBT初筛结果阳性符合率为92.16%(282/306);检测羊血清49671头份,阳性100头份,阳性率为0.20%,与RBT初筛结果阳性符合率为84.75%(100/118)。结果显示,不同区域、不同年龄段牛羊布鲁氏菌病检测阳性率不同。青河县近6年牛布鲁氏菌病流行率比较高,提示应加强防控。羊布鲁氏菌病流行率较低,在可控制范围内,总体防控效果较好,但仍存在疫情流行风险。 With the transformation of breeding methods,the risk of brucellosis transmission caused by the introduction of imported diseaesd cattle and sheep has also increased.Through monitoring the incidence,we can find out the problems,provide the basis for formulating relevant preventive measures,and reduce the risk.Brucellosis was detected in serum of cattle and sheep collected from 2016 to 2021 in 8 towns and 1sheep farm in Qinghe County by plate agglutination test(RBT)preliminary screening and test tube agglutination test(SAT)retest.A total of 10733 samples of bovine serum were detected in 6 years,of which282 were positive,the positive rate was 2.63%,showing a decreasing trend year by year,and the positive rate was 92.16%(282/306)with RBT preliminary screening results.49671 sheep serum samples were detected,of which 100 were positive,the positive rate was 0.20%,and the positive rate was 84.75%(100/118)consistent with RBT preliminary screening results.The results showed that the positive rate of brucellosis was different in different regions and different ages.The prevalence rate of bovine brucellosis in Qinghe County in recent 6 years is relatively high,suggesting that prevention and control should be strengthened.Brucellosis prevalence rate of sheep is low and within the range of control,the overall prevention and control effect is good,but there is still epidemic risk.
