摘要
通过气流粉碎机制得磷石膏、赤泥和磷石膏/赤泥粉体,并且通过熔融共混与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)制得复合材料磷石膏-HDPE、赤泥-HDPE和磷石膏/赤泥-HDPE。研究了磷石膏、赤泥和磷石膏/赤泥对磷石膏-HDPE、赤泥-HDPE和磷石膏/赤泥-HDPE复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:处理后的磷石膏/赤泥粒径略微减小,pH值呈现中性;与HDPE相比,磷石膏/赤泥-HDPE的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率基本保持不变,冲击强度下降最少,约降低了27.4%,弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高了4.8%和1.4%,热稳定性大大提高,最大热分解温度提高了5.7℃。
Phosphogypsum,red mud and phosphogypsum/red mud powder were obtained by jet mill,and composites phosphogypsum-high density polyethylene(HDPE),red mud-HDPE and phosphogypsum/red mud were made by melt blending with HDPE.The effects of phosphogypsum,red mud and phosphogypsum/red mud on the properties of phosphogypsum-HDPE,red mud-HDPE and phosphogypsum/red mud-HDPE composites were investigated.The results show that the particle size of the treated phosphogypsum/red mud is slightly reduced,and the pH value is neutral.Comparing with HDPE,the tensile strength and elongation at break of phosphogypsum/red mud-HDPE remain basically unchanged.The impact strength decreases the least by about 27.4%,the flexural strength and flexural modulus increase by 4.8%and 1.4%,respectively,the thermal stability is greatly improved,and the maximum thermal decomposition temperature increases by 5.7℃.
