摘要
对某地天然气长输管道阀室进行定期检验,检验项目为宏观检验、壁厚测定、表面缺陷检测、埋藏缺陷检测、安全附件及仪表。在现场检验过程中,发现部分阀室的埋地干线管道环焊缝外表面存在未焊满缺陷,按照局部减薄对其进行安全状况等级评定,检验结论为不符合要求,使用单位采用玻璃纤维湿缠绕法修复技术进行了修复,修复后管道的潜在隐患得以排除。
In this paper, regular inspection of the valve chamber of a long distance natural gas pipeline was conducted, including macroscopic inspection, wall thickness measurement, surface defect detection, buried defect detection, safety accessories and instruments.In the field inspection process, it was found that there were defects of incomplete welding on the outer surface of the girth weld of buried main pipeline in part of valve chamber.According to the local thinning, the safety condition grade was evaluated, and the inspection conclusion was that it didn’t meet the requirements.Then the user used glass fiber wet winding repair technology to repair the pipeline, and the potential risks of the pipeline were eliminated after repair.
