摘要
以某水泥企业的矿粉粉磨系统为例,通过对其运行所需风量和热量进行热工测试,结果表明,余热发电抽取冷却系统的高温空气可替代热风炉,将其作为粉磨系统的热源。取消热风炉可减少企业的燃料燃烧以及燃烧所带来的环境影响,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Taking the slag powder grinding system of a cement enterprise as an example, the hot air volume and required heat used in its operation were tested by thermal engineering.The results show that the high temperature air of the waste heat generation extraction cooling system can replace the hot blast stove as the heat source of the grinding system, which can reduce the fuel combustion of enterprises and the environmental impact caused by combustion, and has good social and economic benefits.
