摘要
初创期网络平台企业成长在互联网寡头垄断的环境下,面临着成长速度快与死亡率高的矛盾。初创期网络平台企业通常具有规模小、资源稀缺、商业模式不成熟等特性。通过对其研究发现,平台推广能力、技术创新能力、商业模式可行性、双边市场的网络效应及政策环境均对初创期网络平台企业的成长有显著正向影响。在此基础上,提出加大品牌推广和技术创新投入力度,以互联网思维打造平台企业商业模式,完善双边市场需求匹配且跟随政策引导的成长策略。
In the environment of Internet oligopoly in the early stage of online platform companies,growth is facing the contradiction between fast growth and high mortality.Early-stage online platform companies usually have corporate characteristics such as small scale,scarce resources,and immature business models.Through its research,it is found that platform promotion capabilities,technological innovation capabilities,business model feasibility,bilateral market network effects and policy environment all have a significant positive impact on the growth of online platform companies in the initial stage,and thus proposed to enhance brand promotion and technology Invest in innovation,build the feasibility of a platform enterprise business model with Internet thinking,and improve the growth strategy of matching bilateral market demands and following policy guidance.
