摘要 随着科技的不断发展,各行各业都在进行迅速迭代转型,新零售商也开始探索以消费者体验为导向的场景化体验式消费。“互联网+”时代,交互设计的理念也越来越受到新零售商的重视,交互的信息可以更直接、高效地反馈消费者的需求,大数据的转化可以帮助商家分析、了解消费者的需求,以更好地做出革新升级。基于以上背景,“悦衣”服装严选公司在新零售终端的交互设计中进行了新的探索,分析其优势劣势,对服装零售业的未来发展有相关的借鉴意义。 With the continuous innovation of science and technology,all walks of life are undergoing rapid upgrading and transformation.New retailers also began to upgrade and explore the scene based experiential consumption oriented by consumer experience.In the era of“Internet plus”,the idea of interaction design is also being paid more attention by new retailers.Interactive information can directly and efficiently feedback consumers’needs.The transformation of big data can help businesses analyze and understand the needs of consumers,so as to make a better upgrade.Based on the above background,“DressEase”clothing strict selection company has made a new exploration in the interaction design of new retail terminal.By analyzing its advantages and disadvantages,it has relevant reference significance for the future development of clothing retail industry.
