孕期激素水平与产后腹直肌分离关系初探 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨孕期血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、孕酮(progesterone,P)、松弛素(relaxin,RLX)水平与产后6~8周腹直肌分离(diastasis recti abdominis,DRA)的关系。方法选择35例2019年10月至2020年12月在河南省人民医院进行围产保健的健康初孕妇,分别于孕早期(孕12~13周)及孕晚期(孕38~40周)时采集血样,统计分析其孕期血清E2、P、RLX水平与产后6~8周腹直肌间距及腹直肌分离发生的关系。结果孕早期和孕晚期血清E2、P、RLX水平与产后6~8周腹直肌间距没有明显的相关性,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);孕早期和孕晚期血清E2、P、RLX变化值与产后6~8周腹直肌间距亦没有显著相关性,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕期血清E2、P、RLX水平与产后6~8周腹直肌分离的发生之间无明显相关性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and relaxin(RLX)levels during pregnancy and diastasis recti abdominis(DRA)at 6-8 weeks postpartum.Methods Thirty five healthy primiparas who received perinatal care in our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Blood samples were collected at 12-13 weeks and 38-40 weeks of gestation respectively.The relationship between serum E2,P,RLX levels during pregnancy and the occurrence of DRA at 6-8 weeks postpartum was analyzed.Results There was no significant correlation between serum E2,P,RLX levels in early and late pregnancy and inter-rectus distance at 6-8 weeks postpartum(P>0.05);There was no significant correlation between the changes of serum E2,P,RLX levels in early and late pregnancy and the inter-rectus distance at 6-8 weeks postpartum(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant correlation between the serum E2,P,RLX levels during pregnancy and the oc⁃currence of DRA at 6~8 weeks postpartum.
