摘要
文章针对装配式高层住宅的装配式建造中依旧存在的传统施工方法进行技术研究,通过采用钢牛腿支撑结合少量独立支撑等内支撑体系和铝模、爬架等外防护建造体系,系统地解决了诸如满堂架支撑等建造效率低下、施工场地混乱等问题,符合低碳建造要求。同时贯穿装配式建造的BIM等信息化技术的运用,提高了设计的标准化以及预制构件的管理效率和装配式项目的施工效率,获得了良好的经济效益,并充分保证了建造质量。
Carry out technical research on the traditional construction methods that still exist in the prefabricated construction of prefabricated high-rise residential buildings.By adopting internal support systems such as independent supports and external protection construction systems such as aluminum molds and climbing frames,the system solves problems such as full-length frames.Support and other issues such as low construction efficiency and construction site confusion meet the requirements of low-carbon construction.At the same time,the application of BIM and other information technology throughout the prefabricated construction has improved the standardization of design,the management efficiency of prefabricated components and the construction efficiency of prefabricated projects,obtained good economic benefits,and fully guaranteed the construction quality.
