某住宅项目混凝土爆裂检测分析及处理

某住宅小区混凝土骨料中混入了石灰颗粒,浇筑一段时间后出现爆裂现象,由于涉及结构安全,各相关方高度重视。通过现场勘查分析、构件外观质量检测及内部缺陷检测、爆点物质鉴别、芯样CT扫描及安定性测试、石子碱活性测试等,经各方综合论证后认为:主体结构混凝土强度满足要求,基本不影响混凝土结构的安全使用;同时基于混凝土结构耐久性及构件适当补强考虑进行技术处理。最终针对此次质量事故确定了稳妥、合理的处理方案,效果良好。

Lime particles were mixed with the concrete aggregate of a residential community,and the phenomenon of bursting occurred after a period of time after pouring,and because it involved structural safety,all relevant parties attached great importance to it.Through on-site investigation and analysis,component appearance quality inspection and internal defect detection,burst point material identification,core sample CT scan and stability test,stone alkali activity test,etc.,after comprehensive demonstration by all parties,it is believed that the strength of the concrete of the main structure meets the requirements and basically does not affect the safe use of the concrete structure;At the same time,based on the durability of the concrete structure and the appropriate reinforcement of the components,technical treatment is considered.In the end,a sound and reasonable treatment plan was determined for this quality accident,and the effect was good.
