摘要
养老医疗空间性能化设计研究具有重要的社会学意义。当前,运用决策与试验评价实验室(Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)解释结构模型(Interpretative Structural Modeling,ISM)与遗传算法联合驱动下的医疗设施智能建造,为未来养老医疗建筑的能耗评价提供量化、科学、可度量的改造依据。在以朗诗常青藤杭州桃源站为样本的实验中,这一技术分析工程系统内部各要素之间的逻辑关系,得到直接影响矩阵,创建以科学量化建筑物理性能指导设计改造的模式。
The research on performance-based design of elderly medical space has important sociological significance.At present,the DEMATEL-ISM and the Genetic Algorithms provide a quantitative,scientific and measurable transformation basis for the energy consumption evaluation of future elderly care buildings.Take the Landsea Hangzhou Taoyuan Station as an experiment sample,this technology analyzes the logical relationship between the internal elements of the engineering system,obtains a direct impact matrix,and creates a model that guides design and renovation by scientifically quantifying the physical performance of buildings.
