摘要
本研究采用归纳式、探索性的纵向单案例研究方法,探索了科技金融生态系统中参与主体如何通过多主体协同过程实现科技型企业全生命周期的培育机制问题。通过“问题瓶颈-多主体协同过程-培育机制”的研究逻辑思路,构建了科技型企业多主体协同的全生命周期培育过程模型。研究发现:在科技金融生态系统中,科技型企业多主体协同培育机制主要包括主线培育机制和辅线培育机制,且参与主体的角色具有动态变化现象;子系统间的动态协同网络关系、角色功能依存关系和一致性行为协同关系能有效提升科技金融生态系统参与主体之间的协同效应。
An inductive,exploratory vertical single case study method was used to explore how the participants in the science and technology financial ecosystem realize the cultivation mechanism of the whole life cycle of science and technology enterprises through the multi-agent collaborative process.Through the research logic of"problem bottleneck-multi-agent collaborative process-cultivation mechanism",this study constructed the whole life cycle cultivation process model of multi-agent collaboration for science and technology enterprises.It was found that in the science and technology financial ecosystem,the multi-agent collaborative cultivation mechanism of science and technology enterprises mainly includes the main line cultivation mechanism and auxiliary line cultivation mechanism,and the role of participants has a dynamic change phenomenon.The dynamic collaborative network relationship,role function dependency and consistent behavior synergy among subsystems can effectively improve the synergy among the participants of the science and technology financial ecosystem.
