Psychological Intervention of"Vaccine Hesitation"in New crown Vaccination

新冠疫苗作为控制新冠肺炎疫情大流行最具成效的干预措施,有着不可替代的重要作用.但面对疫苗接种,不少人仍存在着“疫苗犹豫”问题,拖延疫苗接种的时机,也滞后了整个群体免疫屏障的建立.文章针对新冠疫苗预防接种的“疫苗犹豫”问题,梳理并分析了目前“疫苗犹豫”的现状及影响因素,探讨相应的心理干预应对策略及健康教育措施,以提高新冠疫苗接种率,充分发挥新冠疫苗在新冠肺炎疫情中的重要防控作用.

The novel coronavirus vaccination,as an effective intervention measure to control the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,has an irreplaceable role.However,in the face of vaccination,many people still have the problem of"vaccine hesitation",which delays the time of vaccination and also lags behind the establishment of the whole population immune barrier.Aiming at the vaccine hesitation problem for novel coronavirus pneumonia,the present review sorts out the current situation and influencing factors of vaccine hesitation,and discusses corresponding psychological intervention strategies and health education measures,so as to enhance the vaccination rate of new crown vaccine and give full play to the important prevention and control role of the novel coronavirus vaccine in the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation.
