多元化教学模式在组织学与胚胎学实验教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析多元化教学模式在临床医学专业组织学与胚胎学实验教学中的应用价值.方法:以西北民族大学医学部2018级、2019级临床医学专业3班和4班学生为研究对象,分别设为观察组和对照组,各组59人,观察组采用多元化教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式.比较两组期末实验成绩,发放调查问卷调查观察组学生对多元化教学模式教学效果的评价情况以及两组学生对教学模式的满意度.结果:观察组学生期末实验成绩为(87.20±5.41)分,对照组学生期末实验成绩为(78.52±3.94)分,观察组期末实验成绩高于对照组(t=9.962,P<0.05).问卷调查结果显示观察组学生均认为多元化教学模式能提高自主学习能力和临床思维能力,同时在激发学习兴趣、提高操作技能、加深对知识的理解、促进理论与实践相结合等方面也有重要作用,该组学生对教学模式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在组织学与胚胎学实验教学中采用多元化教学模式能提高学生的学习成绩、自主学习能力、临床思维能力和满意度. Objective To analyze the application value of diversified teaching mode in histology and embryology experimental teaching of clinical medicine specialty.Methods:The students from Class 3 and Class 4,Grade 2018 and Grade 2019,clinical medicine major of Medical College of Northwest Minzu University were selected as the research subjects,and were set as the observation group and the control group,respectively,with 59 cases in both.The observation group adopted diversified teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.The final experiment results of the two groups were compared.Questionnaires were distributed to investigate the evaluation of the observation group on the teaching effect of the diversified teaching mode,and the satisfaction of the two groups of students on the teaching mode was investigated.Results:The score of the observation group was(87.20±5.41)and that of the control group was(78.52±3.94).The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=9.962,P<0.05).Student questionnaire survey results show that the observation group were think diversified teaching mode can improve the ability of autonomous learning and clinical thinking ability,at the same time stimulate interest in learning,improve the operating skills,to deepen the understanding of knowledge and memory,promote the combination of theory and practice aspects also play an important role,this group of students for the teaching mode of satisfaction is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diversified teaching mode in histology and embryology experimental teaching can improve students'academic performance,autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability and satisfaction.
