冷季精饲对放牧藏羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究冷季补充精料对放牧高原型藏羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数及血清免疫和抗氧化功能的影响。选择50只健康、体重(15.04±2.16) kg的2~3月龄藏羊,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只,对照组藏羊仅放牧,不补饲;试验组藏羊在放牧基础上,每只试验羊每日补饲体重1%的精料。预试期8 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组藏羊的末重和平均日增重均显著提高(P<0.05);瘤胃液乙酸和异丁酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),氨态氮浓度及总挥发性脂肪酸、丙酸和丁酸含量显著升高(P<0.05);血清免疫球蛋白M (IgM)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,精料补饲能够显著提高育肥期藏羊的生长性能,改善藏羊免疫机能和抗氧化能力,对瘤胃发酵有利。 The experiment was to study the effect of supplementing concentrate in cold season on growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters and serum immune and antioxidant function of grazing plateau Tibetan sheep. Fifty healthy, weighing(15.04±2.16) kg 2~3-month-old Tibetan sheep were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with five replicates in each group and five sheep in each replicate. The sheep in control group were only grazing without supplementary feeding, the sheep in test group were supplement with 1% of body weight of concentrate per day on basis of grazing. The pre-trial period was 8 d, and the formal test period was 60 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the final weight and average daily gain of Tibetan sheep in test group were significantly increased(P<0.05), the content of acetic acid and isobutyric acid in rumen juice were significantly decreased(P<0.05), the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and the content of total volatile fatty acids, propionic acid and butyric acid were significantly increased(P<0.05), IgM content, SOD activity and T-AOC were significantly increased(P<0.05). The study indicates that supplementary feeding with concentrate can significantly improve the production performance, immune function and antioxidant capacity of Tibetan sheep during fattening period, which is beneficial to rumen fermentation.
