山银花提取物对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和屠宰性能的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的山银花提取物对AA肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和屠宰性能的影响。选取360只1日龄左右的肉鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只肉鸡,A组(对照组)、B组、C组、D组肉鸡分别饲喂添加0、250、500、750 mg/kg山银花提取物的基础日粮,山银花提取物通过等量替代基础日粮中的麸皮进行添加。试验期42 d。结果显示:22~42 d,与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡的末重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);C组、D组肉鸡的平均日增重、平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05)。1~42 d,与对照组相比,C组、D组肉鸡的平均日增重、平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05),D组肉鸡的料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,C组、D组肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05);各试验组肉鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),各试验组肉鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G (IgG)和免疫球蛋白M (IgM)含量显著升高(P<0.05);C组、D组肉鸡血清白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡的腹脂率均显著降低(P<0.05);C组、D组肉鸡胸肌率和腿肌率均显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,山银花提取物可促进肉鸡生长性能,提高机体抗氧化能力,抑制促炎因子产生,促进抗炎因子产生,提高肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白水平及屠宰性能,适宜添加量为750 mg/kg。 The study was to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with different levels of Lonicera hypoglauca extract on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and slaughter performance of AA broilers. A total of 360 oneday-old broilers were randomly divided into three groups, with six replicates in each group and 15 broilers in each replicate. Group A(control group), group B, group C and group D were fed with basic diet supplemented with 0, 250, 500and 750 mg/kg of Lonicera hypoglauca extract, respectively. Lonicera hypoglauca extract was added by replacing bran in basic diet by an equal amount. The experimental period was 42 d. The results showed that from 22 to 42 d, compared with control group, the final weight of broilers in each test group was significantly increased(P<0.05), the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05), the average daily feed intake of broilers in group C and group D was significantly increased(P<0.05). From 1 to 42 d, compared with control group, the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of broilers in group C and group D were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed to gain ratio of broilers in group D was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the serum activity of T-AOC and SOD of broilers in group C and group D were significantly increased(P<0.05), the activity of GSH-Px in each test group were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the content of MDA in each test group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the serum content of IL-6 and TNF-α of broilers in each test group were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the content of Ig G and Ig M were significantly increased(P<0.05), IgA content increased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the abdominal fat rate of broilers in each test group was significantly decreased(P<0.05), the breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of broilers in group C and group D were significantly increased(P<0.05). The study indicates that Lonicera hypoglauca extract can promote the growth performance of broilers, improve antioxidant capacity, inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory factors, promote the production of anti-inflammatory factors, and improve the serum immunoglobulin level and slaughter performance of broilers. The appropriate addition amount is 750 mg/kg.
