超声在骨关节炎中的应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 OA是一种以关节软骨破坏为主要特点的慢性关节病,可以引起关节软骨退化损伤、关节边缘和软骨下骨反应性增生,肌肉骨骼超声可以检测到包括滑膜炎、糜烂、骨赘、软骨损伤、半月板挤压和月国窝囊肿等病变,所以超声可以有效客观评估OA病变及治疗效果,且与其他影像学检查相比具有低成本、非侵入性、简单可重复等优势,本篇旨在讨论肌肉骨骼超声在OA诊断及病情评估中的应用价值。
