体外法探究苜蓿青贮替代苜蓿干草对肉牛瘤胃发酵性能的影响 被引量:1

In vitro study on effect of alfalfa silage instead of alfalfa hay on rumen fermentation performance of beef cattle

摘要 试验探究苜蓿青贮(AS)替代苜蓿干草(AH)对肉牛瘤胃发酵性能的影响。试验采用单因子重复设计,试验共8组,每组3个重复,B组、C组、D组、E组、F组的精料(C)、大豆皮(SH)、AH、AS比例分别为40∶25∶30∶5、40∶25∶25∶10、40∶25∶20∶15、40∶25∶15∶20、40∶25∶10∶25、40∶25∶5∶30,A组的C、SH、AH比例为40∶25∶35,H组的C、SH、AS比例为40∶25∶35,测定各组的体外产气量(GP)、人工瘤胃培养液pH值、干物质降解率(IVDMD)、氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)、微生物蛋白(MCP)和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度。结果显示:当C、SH、AH与AS的比例为40∶25∶20∶15时,GP、IVDMD与NH_(3)-N、MCP和VFA浓度均显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,C、SH、AH、AS比例为40∶25∶20∶15时,试验效果相对最佳。 The experiment investigated the effect of AS instead of AH on the rumen fermentation performance of beef cattle. The experiment was a single factor repeated design, with eight groups and three replicates in each group. The ratios of C, SH, AH and AS in group B, group C, group D, group E and group F were 40∶25∶30∶5, 40∶25∶25∶10, 40∶25∶20∶15, 40∶25∶15∶20, 40∶25∶10∶25, 40∶25∶5∶30, respectively. The ratio of C, SH and AH in group A was 40∶25∶35. The ratio of C, SH and AS in group H was 40∶25∶35. The in vitro GP, pH value of artificial rumen culture medium, IVDMD, NH_(3)-N, MCP and VFA concentrations of each group were determined. The results showed that when the ratio of C, SH, AH to AS was 40∶25∶20∶15, the concentrations of GP, IVDMD and NH_(3)-N, MCP and VFA in combination were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05). The study indicates that when the ratio of SH, AH, AS was 40∶25∶20∶15, the test effect was relatively best.
