葡萄糖氧化酶对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数、生化指标及肠道形态结构的影响 被引量:11

Effect of different amounts of glucose oxidase on growth performance,immunity organ index,biochemical indexes and intestinal morphology of broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究不同水平葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、血清生化指标和肠道形态结构的影响。选择600只健康1日龄爱拔益加AA肉鸡随机分3组,每组5个重复,每重复40只鸡(公、母各半)。对照组为基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加400和1 000 U/kg的GOD4000,试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组可以显著提高肉鸡各阶段的平均体重、平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),降低料重比(P>0.05)。GOD4000对肉鸡免疫器官指数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组肉鸡43日龄时的血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组肉鸡43日龄时的血清总蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),尿素氮和总胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组肉鸡22、43日龄的空肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),43日龄肉鸡的空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加GOD4000可改善肉鸡生长性能,且效果随着添加水平提高而增强;日粮添加1 000 U/kg GOD4000可进一步改善肉鸡机体蛋白质代谢,改善空肠绒毛结构。 The experiment was to study the effect of different levels of glucose oxidase(GOD) on growth performance,immune function, serum biochemical indexes and intestinal morphological structure of broilers. A total of 600 healthy one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into three groups, with five replicates in each group and 40 in each replicate(half in male and female). The control group was basic diet, and the experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were supplement with 400 and 1 000 U/kg GOD4000 in basis diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ can significantly increased the average body weight, average daily gain and average daily feed intake of broilers at each stage(P<0.05), and reduced feed to gain ratio(P>0.05). GOD4000 had no significant effect on the immune organ index of broilers(P>0.05). Compared with control group, the serum urea nitrogen content of broilers in group Ⅰ was significantly decreased at the age of 43 d(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the serum total protein content of broilers at 43 d of age in group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the serum urea nitrogen and total cholesterol levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the jejunal villus height of broilers at 22 and 43 d in group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the ratio of jejunal villus height to crypt depth at 43 d was significantly increased(P<0.05). The study indicates that GOD4000 can improve the growth performance of broilers, and the effect is enhanced with the increase of the addition level. The addition of 1 000 U/kg GOD4000 to diet can further improve the protein metabolism of broilers and improve the structure of jejunum villi.
