摘要
研究旨在充分利用杜仲叶植物资源、丰富饲用抗生素替代物的种类。研究以杜仲叶为研究材料,考察不同采收时间杜仲叶绿原酸含量变化规律,对杜仲叶水提取工艺进行优化。结果显示:7月份杜仲叶中绿原酸含量最高,为1.97%;杜仲叶水提取最佳工艺参数为液料比10 mL/g、提取时间80 min、提取温度55℃,在此条件下,绿原酸提取得率最高为1.6%。研究表明,在上述条件下杜仲叶提取效率最优,且可最大程度地发挥其饲用价值。
The study was to make full use of plant resources of Eucommia ulmoides leaves and enrich the types of antibiotic substitutes for feeding. Taking Eucommia ulmoides leaves as research materials, the change law of chlorogenic acid content in Eucommia ulmoides leaves at different harvest times was investigated, and the water extraction process of Eucommia ulmoides leaves was optimized. The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid in Eucommia ulmoides leaves was the highest in July, which was 1.97%. The optimal technological parameters for water extraction of Eucommia ulmoides leaves were the ratio of liquid to solid ratio 10 mL/g, extraction time 80 min and extraction temperature 55 ℃.Under these conditions, the highest extraction yield of chlorogenic acid was 1.6%. The experiment indicates that the extraction efficiency of Eucommia ulmoides leaves is optimal and its feeding value can be maximized under the conditions.
