中西医结合治疗高血压的临床研究进展

高血压属于常见慢性病,其发病原因复杂,发病的危险因素包括遗传因素、年龄因素、精神因素、环境因素、生活习惯、药物及其他疾病影响等。该病临床表现因人而异,患者发病早期多无症状,后期可能出现心悸、头晕、疲劳、头痛等,患者需控制情绪,避免劳累。有研究指出,高血压患者血压水平及波动幅度与临床症状相关。高血压靶器官损伤危害较大,是诱发心脑血管疾病的重要因素,常见并发症包括心肌梗死、心力衰竭、脑卒中等。合理有效的高血压治疗方案可控制血压、预防并发症发生。西药治疗高血压取得了明显临床效果,但长期服药可能出现耐药及不良反应。故而探究更为有效、安全的高血压治疗方案成为了临床研究热点。中药治疗安全性较高,效果良好,得到了医生和患者的认可。西药与中医药联合治疗高血压可进一步提升降压效果,还可减少不良反应的发生。故本文对中西医结合治疗高血压的研究进展进行综述,以期为高血压的临床治疗提供帮助。

Hypertension is a common chronic disease with complex causes.The risk factors include genetic factors,age factors,mental factors,environmental factors,living habits,drug effect and other diseases effect.Clinical mainfestation of the disease vary from person to person.Patients at early stage mostly does not have the symptom,but later may have palpitations,dizziness,fatigue,headaches,etc.Patients need to control their emotions,and avoid fatigue.Studies have pointed out that blood pressure levels and fluctuations range in patients with hypertension are related to clinical symptoms.Hypertensive target organ damage is more harmful and is a important factor inducing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Common complications include myocardial infarction,heart failure and stroke.Reasonable and effective treatment of hypertension can control blood pressure and prevent the occurrence of complications.Western medicine has achieved obvious clinical effects in the treatment of hypertension,but long-term medication may cause drug resistance and adverse reactions.Therefore,it has become a clinical research hotspot to explore more effective and safe treatment plans for hypertension.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has high safety,and the effect is good,and it has been recognized by doctors and patients.The combination treatment of hipertension with Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine can further improve the antihypertensive effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.Therefore,This paper reviews the research progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension,in order to provide help for the clinical treatment of hypertension.
