无痛胃镜下手术治疗胃息肉的研究进展

Research progress in surgery treatment of gastric polyp under painless gastroscopy

胃息肉属于胃部常见疾病,患者胃黏膜表面出现良性隆起性病变,该病多数患者不会感觉到不适感,无明显体征,多呈现隐痛及腹胀等临床症状,若患者胃息肉比较大,可能导致出血,表现出呕血以及黑便等症状,多数患者不会发生癌变,但有个别也可发生癌变,对患者健康造成较大影响。早期诊断及治疗胃息肉可一定程度预防发生癌变,利于患者健康与安全。因此胃息肉一旦确诊应尽早切除。目前,临床治疗胃息肉多采取胃镜下手术切除治疗,该手术取得了较好的临床疗效,但手术中患者存在一定不适可能导致患者不能很好地配合医护人员,从而影响手术治疗效果。了解胃息肉发病机制以及临床特征后,及时对患者进行手术切除治疗,手术在无痛胃镜下进行操作,可较好达到治疗目的。临床多项研究对胃息肉患者手术治疗进行报道,且多数采取无痛胃镜下进行胃息肉切除,切除效果佳,患者恢复好。本文综述了无痛胃镜下手术治疗胃息肉的研究进展,为胃息肉的临床治疗提供帮助。

Gastric polyp is a common disease in the stomach.Benign protuberant lesions appear on the mucosal surface of patients.Most of the patients will not feel discomfort,have no obvious signs,and most of them show clinical symptoms such as dull pain and abdominal distension.If the patients have large gastric polyps,it may lead to bleeding,have the symptoms such as hematemesis and black stool.Most patients will not become cancerous,but some individuals may also become cancerous,which will have a great impact on the health of patients.Early diagnosis and treatment of gastric polyps can prevent canceration to a certain extent,which is conducive to the health and safety of patients.Therefore,once confirmed,gastric polyps should be removed as soon as possible.At present,the clinical treatment of gastric polyp is mostly surgical resection under gastroscope,which has achieved good clinical efficacy,but the patients have certain discomfort during the operation,which may lead to the patients failure to cooperating with the medical staff well,thus affecting the effect of surgical treatment.After understanding the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of gastric polyps,the patients should be surgically removed in time,and the operation carried out under painless gastroscopy can better achieve the purpose of treatment.Many clinical studies have reported on the surgical treatment of patients with gastric polyps,and most of them adopt gastric polyp resection under painless gastroscopy.The resection effect is good,and the patients recover well.This paper reviews the research progress of gastric polyp under painless gastroscopy surgery,to provide help for the clinical treatment of gastric polyp.
