Application value of postpartum systematic health education in maternal and infant nursing

目的 分析产后系统性健康教育在母婴护理中的应用价值,为母婴护理提供参考方案。方法 选取2020年4月—2021年4月在天津市中心妇产科医院自然分娩的100例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组实施一般护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上实施产后系统性健康教育。对两组产妇自我护理能力以及护理效果进行比较。结果 观察组自我护理能力优良率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05)。护理1、2和3个月,观察组护理效果评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产后系统性健康教育为产妇提供了全面、整体的健康指导。在母婴护理中实施产后系统性健康教育能够提高产妇护理能力,提高护理效果,具有临床推广及应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of postpartum systematic health education in maternal and infant nursing,and to provide a reference scheme for maternal and infant nursing.Methods From April 2020 to April 2021,100 pregnant women who gave birth naturally in Tianjin Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented general nursing methods,and the observation group implemented postpartum systematic health education on the basis of the control group.The nursing ability and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of nursing ability of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After 1,2 and 3 months of nursing,the nursing effect scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Postpartum systematic health education provided comprehensive and holistic health guidance for pregnant women.The implementation of postpartum systematic health education in maternal and infant nursing could improve the nursing ability of pregnant women and improve the nursing effect,which had the value of clinical promotion and application.
