黄芪四君子汤与二甲双胍治疗糖尿病临床研究

Clinical study of Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction and metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus

目的 探析与研究黄芪四君子汤联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗早期2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年1月天津市东丽区中医医院收治的2型糖尿病患者122例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各61例。对照组采用二甲双胍进行治疗,观察组采用黄芪四君子汤联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效。结果 干预后,观察组FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c各项血糖指标均优于对照组;观察组HOMA-β为(46.93±1.62)%,高于对照组(40.88±1.02)%;观察组HOMA-IR为(2.23±0.55),低于对照组的(2.79±0.65);观察组治疗总有效率为98.36%,高于对照组的81.97%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 黄芪四君子汤联合盐酸二甲双胍药物治疗早期2型糖尿病患者,能够改善患者血糖指标,提高降糖效果,降低胰岛素抵抗,提高稳态β细胞功能指数,治疗效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate and study the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of early type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 122 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Tianjin Dongli District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2020 to January 2021 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 61 cases in each group by the random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,FBG,2hPBG and HbA1c in the observation group were better than those in the control group;HOMA-β in the observation was(46.93±1.62)%,which was higher than that in the control group with(40.88±1.02)%;HOMA-IR in the observation group was(2.23±0.55),which was lower than that in the control group with(2.79±0.65);the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.36%,which was higher than that of the control group with 81.97%,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of early type 2 diabetic mellitus patients could improve the blood glucose index,improve the hypoglycemic effect,reduce insulin resistance and improve the homeostasis β Cell function index,with obvious therapeutic effect,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
