加味玉屏风散在糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Jiawei Yupingfeng Powder on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的 探讨口服胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合加味玉屏风散对糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者疗效及血清炎症因子表达的影响。方法 选取天津市西青区精武镇社区卫生服务中心2017年1月—2020年12月接诊随访的72例糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组患者应用胰激肽原酶肠溶片口服治疗,观察组患者应用口服胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合加味玉屏风散,比较两组治疗效果、神经功能、治疗前后血糖变化情况和血清炎症因子表达情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的64.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前运动功能、神经反射及感觉功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的运动功能、神经反射和感觉功能评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化红蛋白、血清炎症因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化红蛋白、血清炎症因子水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者应用口服胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合加味玉屏风散治疗能够提升治疗效果,促进神经功能恢复,控制血糖,降低血清炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of oral pancreatic kininogenase tablet combined with Jiawei Yupingfeng Powder and the expression of serum inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Seventy-two patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated and followed up in Tianjin Xiqing District Jingwu Town Community Health Service Center from January 2017 to December2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was orally treated with pancreatic kininogenase tablets,and the observation group was orally treated with pancreatic kininogenase tablets combined with Jiawei Yupingfeng Powder.The treatment effect,nerve recovery,blood glucose changes and the expression of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 64.44% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the scores of motor function,nerve reflex and sensory function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor function scores,nerve reflex scores and sensory function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated globin and serum inflammatory factors(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated globin and serum inflammatory factors levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of oral pancreatic kininogenase tablets combined with Jiawei Yupingfeng Powder in patients with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy could improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of nerve function,control blood sugar,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,which was worthy of clinical application.
