家蚕新杂交组合“兴安×秦源”饲养试验及性状表现

Breeding Test and Performance of a New Hybrid Silkworm Combination“Xing'an×Qinyuan”

介绍了家蚕新杂交组合“兴安×秦源”的亲本来源、选育方法及特征特性与性状表现,并进行了该杂交组合的室内室外试养和北方协作区鉴定。与对照品种菁松×皓月相比,“兴安×秦源”虫蛹统一生命率高,死笼率低,万头蚕收茧量高,上车率高,解舒丝长长,解舒率高,茧丝纤度细;全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、粒茧丝长、解舒光折、万头蚕茧层量、万米吊糙次数等相关指标较为接近或略低。该杂交组合品种特征特性明显,其原原母种、原种、一代杂交种性状稳定。

The source of parents,breeding methods,characteristics and performance of the new hybrid silkworm variety"Xing'an×Qinyuan"were introduced,and the indoor and outdoor trial breeding and the identification in the northern cooperation area were carried out.Compared with the control variety Jingsong×Haoyue,"Xing'an×Qinyuan"has a higher pupa uniform life rate,lower death rate,higher cocoon collection rate by 10,000 silkworms,higher reelable cocoon rate,longer length of non broken filament,higher reelability and smaller size of cocoon filament.Related indicators such as total cocoon weight,cocoon layer weight,cocoon layer rate,silk length per cocoon,reelable de-flossed renditta,ten thousand silkworm cocoon layer weight,and ten thousand hanging times are relatively close or slightly lower.The hybrid combination variety has obvious characteristics,and its original parent species,original species and first-generation hybrids are stable in characters.
