家蚕耐高温新杂交组合“永中×丰白”的育成初报

摘要 以耐高温和优质高产为选育目标,采用杂交和系统分离的育种方法,组配了家蚕四元杂交组合“永中×丰白”。实验室鉴定及农村试养鉴定成绩表明,该组合具有孵化、眠起齐一、食桑活泼、龄期经过时间短、蚕茧产量高、耐高温等优点;幼虫结茧率98.94%,死笼率2.97%,4龄起蚕虫蛹生命率95.77%;全茧量2.03 g,茧层量0.449 g,万头收茧量19.91 kg;茧丝长1181 m,解舒丝长901 m。 To breed a high-temperature tolerant silkworm variety with high quality and high yield,a quaternionic breeding combination"Yongzhong×Fengbai"was set up by using hybridization and systematic separation.The results of laboratory identification and rural test breeding showed the combination has the advantages of uniform hatching and molting,eating mulberry laves actively,short instar duration,high cocoon yield,and high temperature resistance.The cocooning rate of larvae was 98.94%,the cocoon death rate was 2.97%,and the pupal life rate since 4th instar was 95.77%.The amount of total cocoon was 2.03 g,the amount of cocoon shell was 0.449 g,and the amount of cocoon collected from 10000 silkworm was 19.91 kg.The length of the cocoon filament was 1181 m,and the length of non-broken filament was 901 m.
