华康系列家蚕新品种全龄水洗桑叶育试验简报

Brief Report on Using Water-Washed Mulberry Leaf to Breed New Silkworm Varieties of Huakang Series in All Instars

2021年,引进华康2号、华康3号和华康4号家蚕新品种,在新疆和田分春、夏、晚秋3季进行了全龄水洗桑叶养蚕试验。试验表明,三对新品种对血液型脓病(NPV)抗性强,体质强健,产茧量高,茧丝质良好,比较适应新疆蚕区全龄水洗叶饲育方式。综合分析认为,华康2号比较适合新疆南疆地区推广应用,表现出耐粗饲、耐水叶,体质强健,产量较高,茧丝质量适中;华康3号茧丝质优良,适合在饲育条件较好的养蚕平台推广。

In 2021,new silkworm varieties Huakang 2,Huakang 3 and Huakang 4 were introduced and tested by feeding them water washed mulberry leaves during all instars in spring,summer and late autumn in Hotan Xinjiang Autonomous Region.The results showed that the three new varieties have strong resistance to the nuclear polyhedrosis virus(NPV),strong physical constitution,high cocoon production and good silk quality,which adapt to the water-washed mulberry leaf breeding method.The comprehensive analysis showed that Huakang 2 is suitable for popularization and application in southern Xinjiang,showing tolerance to rough feeding and water leaves feeding,strong physical constitution,high yield and moderate cocoon and silk quality.Huakang No.3 has good silk quality,which is suitable for extension on silkworm platforms with good feeding and breeding conditions.
