中西医结合治疗炎性肠病的疗效及对免疫指标的影响观察

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on inflammatory bowel disease and its influence on immune indeices

目的分析中西医结合治疗炎性肠病(IBD)的疗效及对免疫指标的影响,为临床研究提供参考。方法选取2021年4月至2022年3月重庆市大足区中医院收治的88例IBD患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方案的不同分为单纯西药组和中西结合组,各44例。单纯西药组患者使用美沙拉嗪片治疗,在此基础上,中西结合组患者接受中药灌肠联合中药汤剂口服治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果和免疫指标水平。结果中西结合组患者治疗有效率高于单纯西药组(P<0.05);干预后两组患者免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平低于干预前,补体C3水平高于干预前(P<0.05),干预后中西结合组患者IgA、IgG、IgM水平低于单纯西药组,补体C3水平高于单纯西药组(P<0.05);中西结合组患者治疗后健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分高于单纯西药组(P<0.05);中西医结合组患者干预后主观评价高于单纯西药组(P<0.05)。结论针对IBD患者,选择中西医结合方案为其开展治疗效果显著,安全性良好,可以改善患者机体免疫指标,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and to provide reference for clinical research.Methods From April 2021 to March 2022,88 patients with IBD in Chongqing Dazu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into western medicine group and Chinese and western combination group,44 cases in each group.Patients in the western medicine group were treated with mesalazine tablets.On this basis,patients in the combination group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally,and the results were analyzed.Results The effective rate was higher in the Chinese and western combination group than in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the level of complement C3 was higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the Chinese and western combination group were lower than those in the western medicine group,and the level of complement C3 was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The health survey short form(SF-36)score of patients in Chinese and western combination group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the subjective evaluation of patients in the Chinese and western combination group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion For IBD patients,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is safe and effective,which can improve the immune indeices of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
