基于产教融合的高职人才培养实践和体系建设研究

Research on the Practice and System Construction of Higher Vocational Talents Training Based on the Integration of Production and Education

提升职业教育质量,培育高素质职业技能型人才是党和国家关于职业教育的重要战略部署,更是职业教育当前和今后很长一段时间内的努力的方向。产教融合是校企深度合作育人的表现,是落实国家发展战略、提升职业院校育人质量、增强企业核心竞争力的重要途径。针对当前产教融合存在的工作机制不畅、人才供给与需求结构失衡、职业学校动力不足、发展资源不均衡等方面的问题,本文从政府、学校、企业、事业单位、社会行业组织四个产教融合重要主体单位角度出发提出了改善工作环境、增强产教融合内生动力、优化产教融合思路、加大信息化建设力度等四个方面的建设路径。

Improving the quality of vocational education and cultivating high-quality vocational skilled talents is an important strategic deployment of the Party and the country on vocational education,and it is also the direction of the current and future effort of vocational education.The integration of production and education is a manifestation of the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises to educate talents,which is an important way to implement the national development strategy,improve the quality of education in vocational colleges,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In view of the current problems in the integration of production and education,such as poor working mechanism,imbalance of talent supply and demand structure,insufficient power of vocational schools,and unbalanced development resources,this article focused on the four main units of the integration of production and education,and proposed the construction paths,including improving the working environment,enhancing the endogenous power,optimizing the thinking of integration of production and education,and increasing the intensity of informatization construction.
