自长江三角洲区域一体化发展上升为国家战略,长三角区域近些年来一体化的发展态势良好。如何使区域立法协同真正取得能够推动区域协调发展的成果,也成为长三角地方立法理论与实务界共同关注的课题。长三角区域必须总结吸收域内外区域协同立法实践经验,必须遵循共建共享的新发展理念,以推进长三角区域协同立法更高质量一体化发展,为长三角一体化经济发展提供有力支撑。

Since the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta has become a national strategy,the development trend of integration in the Yangtze River Delta has been better and better in recent years.How to make regional legislative synergy achieve the results that can promote regional coordinated development has also become a topic of common concern in the theory and practice of local legislation in the Yangtze River Delta.The Yangtze River Delta should summarize and absorb the practical experience of regional collaborative legislation inside and outside the region,follow the new development concept of co-construction and co-sharing,so as to promote the higher quality and integrated development of regional collaborative legislation and provide strong support for the integrated economic development of the Yangtze River Delta.
