摘要
教育公平既是促进社会公平的重要推动力量,也是测量社会公平指数与社会和谐发展指数的重要维度之一。进城农民工随迁子女教育和谐发展是新时代教育事业高质量发展的内在必然要求。教育整体环境亟待优化、部分进城农民工家庭的教育合促能力较为欠缺、进城农民工随迁子女有效社会融入障碍是现阶段影响进城农民工随迁子女教育发展和谐化的主要问题。科学推进进城农民工随迁子女教育和谐发展,需要政府、社会、家庭、学校的共同努力,坚持流入地负责、全面受教育的原则,推进学校与家庭的良性和谐互动,大力引导社会力量积极参与。
Educational equity is not only an important driving force to promote social equity,but also one of the important dimensions to measure social equity index and social harmonious development index.The harmonious development of the education of the accompanying children of migrant workers in cities is the internal inevitable requirement of the high-quality development of education in the new era.The overall education environment needs to be optimized urgently,some migrant workers’ families lack the ability to promote education,and the obstacles to the effective social integration of migrant workers’ accompanying children are the main problems affecting the harmonious development of migrant workers’ accompanying children’s education at this stage.To scientifically promote the harmonious development of the education of migrant workers’ accompanying children in cities,we need the joint efforts of the government,society,families and schools,adhere to the principle of being responsible and fully educated in the inflow place,promote the benign and harmonious interaction between schools and families,and vigorously guide the active participation of social forces.
